If something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, we make it right — quickly and without a runaround.
Damaged or wrong item
Tell us within 7 days of delivery, with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or refund the item — your choice.
Opened skincare
For hygiene and safety we can't resell opened bottles, so used product isn't returnable unless it was faulty. If a product disagreed with your skin, still message us — we'd genuinely like to know.
